  • Audience: Healthcare professionals such as EMS personnel, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nursing students, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and others requiring an American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Description: This instructor-led, video-based course prepares participants to provide basic life support in healthcare settings. Training includes recognizing life-threatening emergencies, performing high-quality chest compressions, providing appropriate ventilations, early AED use, and relief of choking. The course covers single- and multi-rescuer techniques for adults, children, and infants. Successful completion results in an official AHA BLS Provider certification card.
  • Duration: Approximately 2–3 hours.
  • Required: AHA requires that each student have access to the book before during and after. If you have access to the 2025 book, please bring one along with you. Physical books are also available for sale on shopcpr.heart.org

Cancellation Policy

Money will be refunded up to 30 days from the transaction date, less a 10% administration fee.
