ASHI Instructor Evaluation

Class Price: $100.00
Notes: Must be a current ASHI Instructor and or have completed recent ASHI instructor course with Lifework Education/ HeartSavers Inc. If you're not sure if this is the correct course, please call our office before completing registration.

 

For Renewals: To qualify your instructor card must be valid! You also need to be aligned with our training center and have taught 2 classes within the past year. 

For Initials: To qualify you must have taken the HSI instructor course with us within the past 90 days. If you are past the 90 days please reach out to our office.

Call our office if you have a large group and would like an instructor to come to your facility. 

 

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule prior to your original class date. If you miss your scheduled class and do not reschedule within 3 business days, a new payment will be required.

If you cancel before your original class date, you are eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee. Refunds will be issued with in 30 days.
